By creating an account or using Resev.it in any manner, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Resev.it on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Resev.it provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including reservation management, employee scheduling, shift tracking, customer communications, AI voice agent services, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Resev.it is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan in advance.
• Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges.
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without our written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize the Service without our consent.

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant Resev.it a limited license to process and store Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data, including guest information, employee records, and financial data you enter into the platform.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram), Google, Twilio, and ElevenLabs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. Resev.it is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

The Resev.it platform, including its design, software, logos, and content, is owned by Resev.it and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your feedback or suggestions become our property and may be used to improve the Service without compensation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resev.it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resev.it, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
• We may retain your data for up to 90 days to allow data export, after which it will be deleted.
• Provisions that should survive termination (liability, indemnification, IP) will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
